This hotel was beautiful with incredible staff at Pool service. The room I booked was well cleaned the breakfast taste delicious and available with special balcony.

The venue's position was central. The shopping area was good for celebrating anniversary. I ate at a nice restaurant at the bar or the restaurant.

Thai-style building, well-appointed and great-sized rooms with all the amenities, Tea, for instance. Particularly good location so close to the beach & shopping district, the beach shops and nightlife, and the Novotel Vintage Park in Patong, and savoury and affordable breakfast👍

During trip everything was perfect and we would love to stay here again. The property was relaxing with extremely friendly staff with the friendliest service in all these years that we 've travelled to Thailand. The American breakfast was delicious and savoury!

Great accommodation with courteous staff with the services from the Pool Bar and guest Relations staff. Central location, just a short stroll away from Patong Boxing Stadium. Lots of different bars and restaurants to eat outside the hotel.

It has GREAT facilities and good location so close to everything.

I had a great stay at this place. It's located in the heart of all the actions and just 5 minutes away from the beach. The staff were always kind and willing to help with my every request, especially the receptionists. The service room was excellent, and the amenities were all up to par. I really enjoyed the spa and wellness center which included a sauna, massage, body wraps and facial treatments. The pool and pool bar were really nice, and the staff there were just as great. Lastly, the breakfast had a wide variety of tasty options making my stay even more enjoyable.

We enjoyed the layout of the hotel in general and the giant pool. The happy hours at the bar were fun too - 4 to 6pm. We liked that it was near enough to the beach and the shopping areas, but far away enough to be quiet and nice. The rooms (save for the toilets) were remarkably maintained.

We didn't like the toilets in the rooms. For a reputable hotel, we felt the toilets could have been better maintained. Though they were clean enough; just not 4* standard we thought.

We liked the gigantic pool, more like a lake, the room was large and very nice.

Larger hotel , we decided we like smaller hotels that you can interact with other guests more, needed more hanging rails for towels , needed to hang two towels outside pool access room, the rail only holds one towel, could do with a couple of hanging hooks in the bathroom.

fairly clean hotel with friendly efficient and genuinely helpful employees at pool service. so excellent and ideal location in patong, adjacent to the main areas and restaurants. for tea or coffee visit samero's icecream paradise nearby.

The rooms where spotless and vintage, it was clean and reasonably spacious venue. Recommend this place and would definitely book again.

Everything is great, enjoyed my time here. It is reasonably priced. The rooms are huge and vintage and complete with private Jaccuzi, the bunk beds and the good view.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the busy Patong area of Phuket and I must say, it was a great experience. the location of the hotel is ideal, being right in the center of Patong and only a 5-minute walk from the beach. It was so convenient to have everything within reach. Secondly, the staff were extremely helpful and attentive. They went out of their way to ensure that all of my needs were met and were always ready to assist with any queries or requests. The basic amenities provided in the room were also impressive, with all the necessary facilities and even bunk beds for families or larger groups. Lastly, the breakfast at the hotel was absolutely delicious. They offered a variety of options to choose from, including Korean food, which was a pleasant surprise. this hotel provided great value for money and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
